In Wilbur Purdue’s middle school Sustainability class, students completed a cooking unit that asked the question: Which is more environmentally sustainable to shop for locally grown produce or produce that is transported from other parts of the world? If you've been following along with our Garden Proposal (linked in the Our Program) you'll notice that we have been very successful in meeting our annual goals - an achievement we are super proud to share!
