Taste Washington Day 2019

We had a great time on Taste Washington Day! 🍏The awesome Mr.Z and Miss Casey, or should I say, Mr. Pea and Miss Strawberry, served up fresh apples from Sherman Pioneer Produce and encouraged the kids to try local foods being served by the Connected Food Program 🍽 It’s amazing to watch the kids make the connection between our garden, the lunchroom, and the community, we’re so proud of our students!
