Donor Spotlight: Nordic Lodge “Adopts” Coupeville Farm to School

The Nordic Lodge has “adopted” Coupeville Farm to School as part of its community service which includes free use of the Nordic Hall for our fundraisers. This is a generous contribution to our program, reducing our fundraising costs significantly.

In addition, the Lodge applied to the National Sons of Norway Foundation for Helping Hands to Children for a grant which was funded at the level of $500.

Sandy Dupernell of the Nordic Lodge presented the check to Board President Wilbur Purdue and Board Secretary Anne Harvey at their meeting on Saturday April 21st. This contribution will go towards the purchase of a greenhouse to be located on the new production site on Ebey Road.
